I’m a ring size 6, 5.5 in winter and my QALO is a size 7, but I got the 8mm wide men’s band, and it fits perfectly!

My ring is a 5.5 and all of my qalos are a 6. They can be a little snug at first, but it stretches a tiny amount and is perfect! I have 3 and you can definitely tell which one is wore the least lol

My rings are 5.25-5.5 and my Qalo is a 6. Buuuut I use it mostly for yoga and other forms of exercise so my hands get a lot more blood flow to them and swell up a bit.

My ring size is between 5.5 and 5.75 – I wear a size 6 Qalo.

The site says if you’re a half size, you should round up to the nearest size for original Qalos, and down to the nearest size for Q2Xs, which are more true to size. My ring is sized to a 4.75, and my Qalo is a size 5 Q2X. It fits perfectly, with just enough room for swelling.

I have had my first one, the pink one, for over 2 years. I’ve had the others for over a year. I don’t think they’ll reach a point of too stretched out. I wear them for working out, but also a lot at work so they’re worn pretty frequently.

MrsBeck :  no, it actually never gets too tight when I’m working out. My regular rings though? Those yeah, I have to take them off or else they’re really uncomfortable to have on.
