So the more I think about, the more I realize a Day of/Month of Coordinator is needed. I have no idea what questions to ask when interviewing them other than “You charge how much!?!” I also have no way to start other than the yellow pages as I know of no one who has hired one (most around here come with the venue, but our venue is complete DIY).
Those of you that have hired one, what did you ask/wish you would have asked?
