@sitaw:  I don’t know if this is what you are looking for, but Bohemian Hall Beer Garden does wedding ceremonies and receptions. You could also get in touch with Il Bambino and Butcher Bar in Astoria where they may have enough room. I have had good brunches at Riverview in Long Island City but I’m not sure if they do big events.

Colandrea’s New Corner in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn! It’s a classic italian restaurant that’s never a disappointment Smile I threw my fiance a surprise 30th for $35/pp…very reasonable and quaint, food is amazing!
