Well it’s been 4 months since I’ve logged into the bee… Truthfully I couldn’t bear to join the 6month plus ttc board and now here I am at cycle 10.
First I want to ask about peoples experiences with the dye test? How bad was it? Did you get pregnant afterwards? Anything I should be aware of?
so here is my story
About 1 year before we were married I had some weird stuff going on with my cycle. They were very short and I had break through bleeding. I got referred to the gyno but it took a year for the apt. i seen the dr just before we got married but by that time everything was back to normal. She didn’t seem concerned. Said it could be just hormonal changes because of some weight loss but she kept me as a patient and made me a follow up apt for June 2014 Which would be one year later. After we got married we started trying and month after month it was BFN. My cycles were still short around 24 days and a few months I noticed little spots of blood, usually around 4dpo. I got excited thinking maybe it was implantation but sadly it wasn’t. After 6 months I got Darling Husband to get checked and his sperm count was fine. I decided to contact the gyno and see if I could come in early. I went to see her in April (9 cycles) and she started the process to get me checked. The for at thing she sent me for was blood work on day 3 and day 21 and she is goin g to be doing the dye test on me in June. We were also supposed to meet in June to discuss the results of my blood work and starting fertility drugs. Unfortunaly that apt is now pushed back until July so I have another 5 weeks of waiting to see what the blood work has shown.
Its been a really difficult journey, every month the heart ache is horrible. The only way I can describe it is like being in a bad relationship. Where for 3 weeks your happy and hopeful then you breakup for a week and feel devistated. Then it starts up again. I tried everything so far, opks, charting, preseed, ignoring it and forgetting about it but so far no luck and no answers. Just needed to vent and see if there are others in the same boat.
