when you got a propsal from a florist did it include specific flower types to be included in centerpieces/bouquets or did it just give color/theme. For example I want garden roses/peonies and the theme written would be “english Garden” in a pale pink and purple color scheme. Thanks!

I talked about every kind of flower and greenery I wanted used. I think its important because different flowers are different prices. So if your not spacific and she gives you a quote based on flowers that are in your color scheme and then you spring on her I want this this and this your price may go up significantly. I would be very spacific with everything that you want when you have a meeting with your florist, or any vendor for that matter.

I was very specific but the proposal wasn’t. I am going to talk to her and tell her that if she wants my business her proposal will need to be very specific and include all of the flowers she plans on using in bouquets/centerpieces. Florals are very important to me and I really don’t want to be dissapointed the day of my wedding.
