I just left you a long winded answer with photos and all… and now I can’t see it 😞

I have several from different retailers but my favorites are from JTV. Here are some of mine, the bottom 4 are JTV, the top left is Doveggs, top right Charles and Colvard. I only buy Moissanites from JTV now because I know the quality and the prices are great. GL I hope you find your perfect ring!!

You should check out r/moissanite on reddit. There’s tons of posts and also vendor information.

This may not be helpful, but we used a local jeweler and the stone itself is from C&C but the actual setting is a different designer. We looked at 2 lab diamonds and a moissanite and all 3 were stunning and the same size, so we went with the moissy. Some places may, similarly, have loose stones to choose from and be able to do something custom? Good luck!!

Ok. Attempt #2.
Here are my moissanites.

doveggs moissanite earrings, these were cheap and bought on Amazon, yet they’re of really good quality, I was very pleasantly surprised

7×7 Neo cushion moissy, near colorless, side tapered baguettes are supernova moissanite. straight baguettes 1/2 eternity band, Zaya moissanites. Both from Jhollywood.

these were purchased in 2016 and 2018.
I recently bought a loose 8×6 NEO moissanite from Jhollywood. It’s a beautiful stone, no bow tie (which was important to me). Here it is set in the middle of Diamond melee.

The description read that their stones were being cut differently to minimize the disco ball effect. So I thought I’d share these photos in the sun of both cushion and oval so you could see the difference.

lastly, I just received this emerald cut moissy. No name stone from unknown seller. I just dropped it off to my jeweler’s to get set. Definitely took a chance on this stone. It’s warmer than I expected, the seller claimed it was colorless. The rest of the specs are good. It tested positive for moissanite and measured larger than seller had on listing. My jeweler agreed on it not being colorless (more like near colorless). He then proceeded to tell me that the stone is of equal quality to my other moissanites (which were more expensive for sure)in his opinion

Tbh finding out today that this cheaper moissy’s quality is as good as my other moissanites, might mean that in the future I may be more inclined to test my luck with no name moissanites from other, smaller sellers.
so many bees have beautiful moissanites, I hope you’ll get more responses. Good luck and congrats on your anniversary
