I was planning on designing our stationary and then having my sister print them for me. If I have the Burgues font and she doesn’t, will she still be able to print them for me? Is there a certain file format that I have to use or is it not doable?

She will have to have the font herself! If you are saving it as a PDF and inbed the fonts I think she will be able to print that fine!

I agree with smitha5. If you save the file as a pdf it should be fine. But it will not work in Word or a similar program.

You have two other options: you can try to save everything as an embedded PDF file in addition to using an embedded PDF you could also create the entire invite as a graphic…just be careful to use a high enough resolution and the correct print sizing so it prints as you see it.

Just make everything 300dpi in a pdf.

You can also copy the font from your computer and install it on hers. This is pretty simple to do (a Google search will help if you don’t know how).
