Since I am not having a reception but small brunch after the ceremony for 9 people it never occured to me if the bride and groom has to cover the cost of all during the brunch or if this is separate? I’ve never been to a wedding so I am unsure how that works. Any help?

Hello. If you are having a brunch after the wedding. The bride and Groom (or whoever is footing the bill for the wedding) would pay for the guests (everyone) to have their brunch. No different if it was a dinner.
Hopes this helps

Yes, the ones getting married pays for it. (: Unless one of the parents says they want to help. But seeing as it’s a tiny brunch, the two of you paying it would be much better.

I agree with other posters. We only have 11 close friends at our intimate dinner and we are paying.

Yes, you should pay for it.
