I am not a mom yet, but I am curious as well.

My IUD rejected, after years of happy service, in May of 2011.  Darling Husband and I made a half-assed attempt to prevent pregnancy with condoms, but we don’t really like them, so what we were doing was more like NTNP.  I found out I was pregnant in August, and had my son in May 2012.

So, from IUD removal to pregnancy was about 2 months.  No fertility treatments needed, obviously.

2 cycles– first one only sort of (no charting or anything and we missed my fertile window) and the second we charted and used an ovulation predictor and got preg that month.

First month trying. We didn’t use any fertility treatments, but I was charting to make sure we BDed around O-day.

For our first, we conceived on the second cycle after stopping the pill, and for our second, on the third cycle after my period resumed (it was our first cycle trying though).

No treatments; we seem to be overly fertile which has worked great for us in the past, but now that this should be our last one, we need to fix it so we don’t have surprise babies later!

I have 2 daughters.  I conceived each of them on the very first try.

I can’t say we were “trying” but we weren’t exactly careful either. We didn’t use any kind of protection or the withdraw method. The 1st time was about a year but it ended in May as a miscarriage @ 6wks. Than I got pregnant again in december of the same year.

Got pregnant the first cycle trying (very lucky) with no fertility treatments. As for background before ttc, I have never been on birth control, and we’d only been using pull-out before deciding to start trying for a baby. I thought that at least one of us would have fertility issues, but apparently not so!

1) We weren’t trying. My DS was a surprise.

2) We only had sex once or twice and BAM preggo.

I’m almost 9 weeks pregnant, February was the first time we were a little careless (I track my periods to know when I’m ovulating so we can be careful around then, but it appears I ovulated late in February) and BAM baby.

Pretty sure it happened the first time out of the gate.

No intervention or treatment, I’m just a Fertile Myrtle. It takes two though, so Darling Husband also did his thing quite effectively.

My first LO is due in a few weeks so I count as a mom, right? 🙂

1. Two cycles

2. No treatments, just charting and good old fashioned baby dancing

@LMD84:  Woah, how are you a December mama then? We conceived around the 25th of Feb and we’re smack in the middle of Nov.
