No later than Thursday, in case there are any issues.  Make sure you have big buckets to store them, and cut the stems and strip the leaves off the bottom of the roses before you put them in the water.  If they need to open up, keep them somewhere warm.  If they’re sort of open but you want them fuller, don’t pull the petals open with your finger, blow on them–a quick burst right in the center, will help fan out the petals.

I agree no later than thursday. Make sure to cut the stems and put them in water. They will need to be in a cooler for that time. and the roses will open up a bit over that few days. Good luck.

@sfchick: Thanks!  My parents had a restaurant and I used to do the flowers on every…single…table… every week!

Ugoob, don’t worry about putting roses in a cooler for 3 days if they come to you tightly closed.  The room should be no warmer than 65 degrees, so on the cool side, but you don’t need to find fridge space for them, per se.  The calla lilies should probably be kept colder so they don’t brown or bruise.

If you have any droopy or bent roses, you just need to wire the heads.  Msg me for instructions if you come across that.
