Pound cake with fresh fruit, a cheese tray and a charcuterie tray would be my pick, with maybe one more appetizer. You want to keep the choices limited so the chocolate stays as the focus point.

Fruits for one; they’ll help keep people from getting that chocolate overload that can happen. I suggest strawberries, melon, kiwi. Also, have some salty snacks handy like fancy pretzals, cheesy sticks, and salted nuts. The idea is to (a) contrast as much as possible with the chocolate, and (b) make people drink something so they don’t get too dehydrated. Be sure to have beverages other than wine available — I find that a punch bowl with a few citrus wedges floated in it makes a nice “break” for my palate. 

I agree with @fishbone:  about the cheese, but I do think that having more than one “munchie” will help rather than hinder your guests. Think of the tidbits as palate cleansers.
