Who are you supposed to all include on the party bus (inbetween ceremony and reception)? We have 6 on each side. Also, how our reception is not at the same place we are staying, any tips on how to get to the hotel 🙂

We had my & DH’s parents & grandparents, all the BM’s & GM’s (and a few of their dates), and Darling Husband & I.
Our partybus company provided a limo for the Darling Husband & I to get back to our hotel. If they didn’t, we would have got a cab (we were married in NYC).

There’s no rule. If I was having one, I’d offer it up to bridal party, siblings and parents.

@erikaklemm2013: We had a huge hummer limo for me and Darling Husband, bridesmaids, groomsmen, ushers, photographer, vidoegrapher. Then separate buses for the guests to be transported to the reception venue (it was about 30 min away from ceremony venue). My parents rode those buses. We provided wine, beer and water on those buses. We were actually just able to walk to our hotel after b/c it was so close to our reception space (a block away!).
