I have nothing helpful to say here because our caterer is providing what she describes as “fancy plasticware” and I’ve never seen it.  Here’s hoping it’s not crap!  Just wanted to shout out to the plasticware brides!

I got my plates at costco and my “tumbler” glasses at partycity. Our plates “Look” like real plates, they white with a silver trim – also came with salad plates. Hope this helps!

I found my glass tumblers at walmart, 12 for $7 – not quite as cheap as plastic, but they look much better than what I’ve been able to find.

For plates I’m going with these:

They are biodegradable, and you can get 7″ ones for 50 for $4.25, and 9″ for 50 for $6.
