We aren’t 100% sure on this yet either. Both sets of parents have said not to get them anything because they don’t want us to waste money. They also said not to bother to get them any boutonnière or corsages either. But we might. But if we were to get them any sort of gift, I think it may be a small photo album of our wedding pictures. I think that’s something they’ll appreciate and enjoy a lot. Wish we could give it to them at the wedding rehearsal dinner but obviously we can’t because DUH, the wedding hadn’t passed yet (haha). So I think it’ll be nice if we take both sets of parents to a nice thank you dinner and give them their gifts then. 🙂

I’d love to hear everyone else’s ideas though!!

We are giving both sets of parents a photo frame with a note thanking them and saying “photo to come!”  I actually happened upon a frame sale at Michaels and got a great deal. I chose frames that matched the decor of their homes.

i actually went on etsy and got each of my parents and my brother a personalized handkerchief (white with blue writing) for the day of the wedding with a special name or quote on it that meant something to us.  it’s simple but very special.

We spent the same on each of them even though my parents paid for most of the wedding. My hubby’s parents chipped in for the alcohol and rd, and they were always very helpful and supportive. My mil even went through every detail of her other son’s wedding to help me figure out how to budget.

We got our mom’s necklaces from an Israeli artist, and our dad’s gift certificate’s (his dad a golf game and mine a nice restaurant on the beach).
