I bought ribbon wants on Etsy, about $100 for 100 of them. I priced it out for the supplies at Michaels, and since I didn’t own a glue gun or anything like that, it would’ve cost me close to $60 or $70 to make them, so for me, personally, the time commitment was not worth the $30-$40 savings.

The problem with fan programs is that they have to be of a certain thickness of paper (usually card stock) and many printers can’t print with that type of paper without jamming and bending. I decided against fan programs and am making somewhat of a booklet program now because I don’t want to get them made. You might be able to get them printed cheap at a local print shop though if you bring your own card stock that you bought.
