Ooh exciting that you’re TTC now – best of luck to you! I didn’t change anything about exercise during my TWW, but I also wasn’t working out at a very intense level at that time anyway. I’d say your plan of slowing it down just a bit sounds reasonable.
As for after BD, we didn’t do anything differently – just our usual of hanging out for a couple of minutes afterwards (extra cuddle time as smileyd said!) and then I got up to go pee and clean up. We only tried once this past month, the day after ovulation, and it clearly worked so I think there is definitely merit to the argument that some of those swimmers are going to get up there straightaway regardless of what you do afterwards!

As for excercise, if that’s your normal sched, you don’t have to change a thing.
I was told to lay in bed for 30 mins after. Also, if you have an inverted (tilted) ulterus, try laying on your tummy afterwards.
