After asking myself questions about my dress choice, though I haven’t actually ordered it yet and seeing lots of other posts asking, ‘Have I made the right choice’, ‘Is this the one?’ etc. Is it normal to think have I made the right choice? Or if you find ‘the one’ are there no questions or regrets AT ALL?
Please share your experiences of finding the one?

I don’t know if I would said that regrets come naturally, but that it’s an important decision and sometimes it’s hard to know if we made the right choice. I definitely had regrets but that’s because I went into dress shopping having my heart set on a specific style of dress, and realized after trying it on that it wasn’t the best style for me. I selected a different style of dress, and I knew it was definitely the right style for me, but I didn’t have that wow moment, because I was still disappointed that I had to let my dream dress go. After a month I got over it, and I really love the dress I picked. It’s just that initial feeling of “did I make the right choice” that can be kind of stressful.

I think that’s my problem as I had a mermaid strapless lace dress in my mind. But so far strapless and mermaid style don’t suit me. And yes ‘did I make the right choice?’ can play on your mind.

@CatyLady: I actually never once questioned whether my dress was “the one” but I also didnt think that my dress was “the one” as in Im sure that I could have tried on a lot of dresses that I loved and felt awesome about! I loved my dress from the beginning and actually made it into a somewhat different dress with the amount of alterations I had done to it! I think some women just need the approval from others to feel good about themselves and others might just do it because there have been people before them that have done it and they feel like theyre expected to think that way. Who knows!
