Am planning a semi-desti wedding, and was hoping to call all potential venues to weed-out the no-goes before I visit my wedding location (Phoenix) to look at the venues in person.
Any questions I shouldn’t forget to ask??

Some questions off the top of my head:
- Capacity, comfortably with tables
- Noise restrictions
- Availability for Florists, set up, cake etc
- outlets (if you need them)
- Alcohol allowed? corkage fee? bar tender requirement?
- Cake cutting fee?
- Who is responsible for clean up? if them, is there a charge?
- Types of tables and size
- Linens available?
- caterer requirements

I’m currently planning my wedding and I’m from Phoenix. I’ve done most of my research online. I’m going today to actually check out a vendor we are pretty sure we want to book. I’m pretty sure I’ve contacted just about every venue for a price sheet since my planning has a limited budget.

I always ask the waiter to guest ratio, also ask how early vendors can come in and set up. Also ask how many bars will be set up (would hate for guests to have to wait for drinks)
