If she ate those foods during her pregnancy more than likely will be okay since the baby ate the same food as her during the pregnancy. There is more and more research out there now days saying that babies tend to be okay with certain foods if the mother has eaten those same foods during her pregnancy

I have ate all of the foods that I enjoy and baby hasn’t seemed to have any reaction to what I have ate!

That is the best gift EVER! And I agree with PP. I ate whatever I wanted while nursing and we had no problems. Including spicy mexican food!

As long as nothing is way too spicy it should be fine. While my twins were in the NICU, a nurse told me about an incident in which her baby was suddendly inconsolable after BFing. Long story short, her doctor agreed that it must have been due to her eating hot peppers which made her milk very spicy.
