No way to know but testing. Get a FRER and see what it says. That late for your period, you should get a line even at night if you’re pregnant.

MrsYoshida:  Sore nipples came before nausea for me. Also, from my reading of what you wrote, the nausea has passed. For me, the nausea didn’t come and go like that. I’m guessing you’re just feeling unwell. (Though a test isn’t a bad idea).

In answer to your actual question, timing (i.e. the “6 weeks”) is from the first day of your last period. (Unless Australia does it different).

6 weeks from your period. I learned I was pregnant this time because of nausea, which it turned out I felt at 4 weeks (from my period). So, it’s possible… might as well test just to get an answer.
