I’m overanalyzing again, and I have a quick and easy question.
The reception hall has two rooms, potentially hosting another event at the same time as our reception. Should I print the name of the room with the hall address on the reception cards to avoid confusion? Thanks!

I don’t see why not… It’s kinda neat “Ocean Room”.. I like it =)
I would also have some kind of signage on site for those who “forget” the info you gave them =)

I would. Check with your venue, too – they should provide signage at the entrance for each of your events.
For my invites I’m thinking of listing it like this:
Ocean Room at ABC Banquet Hall

They will have signage on site directing guests to each event. Initially I didn’t include it, but I’m proofing the invites before they’re printed and I thought maybe it should be included. The sound of the name is nice too, so I probably should.
