Not my ring but my best friends…center is just over a carat but looks just as big as my 2ct the way it’s set and cut. All of the depth is in the setting where you can see it.

applecheeks:  it is a custom design. I did look at some antiques when I was designing it! the gallery looks like a pyramid-ish that’s pretty cool. I love it and the full bezels makes it so comfy to wear. Also stone security was big for me. Bezels it is!!!

AubreyMarie:  7.25! My finger was a bit swollen in that last pic though, so I kinda go between 7.25 and 7.5.

applecheeks:  thank you! I looked everywhere for an edwardian or art deco style ring, but all of the real antiques that caught my eye were way out of my budget. I came across this design from Green Lake Jewelry  Works in Seattle, and knew it was the one. It was one of their portfolio designs but I tweaked it a bit with a bigger stone and all the engraving on the sides.

I decided against a band for three reasons. 1. I pretty much maxed out my budget on just the ring. 2. I was worried it would look too bulky on my short fingers. And 3. I didn’t want to cover up the engraving on the sides! Plus wasn’t too sure how it would look with a gap because of the radiant shape.

But you should definitely check out green lake. You can make a design page online and they can pretty much make anything!
