Maybe a porch or area with an overhang?
It might require the photographer to stand out in the rain, perhaps under an umbrella held by an assistant.
I did this when I was photographing a rainy day wedding last Summer – worked just fine πŸ™‚

Not rain, but I’m planning in case of snow/blizzard/etc. Our ceremony is in an indoor garden which will be good for pictures.

We has a little break in the rain and got some photos outside. The rest were back in the chapel, and in other parts of the castle. Next to windows is good to get nice lighting.

I realize this is a “just in case” scenario, but I’ve seen some incredible photos which take advantage of the rain- big umbrellas, bride in cute rain boots, etc.

We would like to get first look pictures taken at our favorite park, but have considered the “in case it rains” scenario, these are our few options: Our huge Riverfront library which has an art gallery, and theater built in it, it has beautiful views and little places that wold look very pretty for photographs, also our little museum nearby is a safe option, yet not the best, or maybe pictures of us eating ice cream and what not

at the higher end mall (if all else fails).

I believe that if you have a great photographer, he/she would make any indoor location you choose look stunning.
