Calm down!

πŸ™‚ You have M, you guys have a beautiful relationship, great kids, a love filled home. A shiny ring and a ceremony may make that official, but the lack of them now doesn’t have to steal your joy. Focus on the positive of NOW, my dear, not on the soon-to-come!

Absolutely wonderful advice daydreamwanderer but…

Crebre, I’ve got a bottle of Pinot Grigio here, do you want 1/2? lol

BREAAAAAAAAATH GIRL! I know how hard it is, trust me, I KNOW! DDW made a good point about having a house full of love! How luck you are to have M’s kids with you this year, and how luck to have M.  You know why it more than likely won’t happen at Christmas. Take it from the Godfather: It’s not personal, it’s business. (All that being said, it still stinks!)

Pass me a glass of merlot… I’m on the same page as Crebre!  I can’t stop thinking about it.  I shouldn’t be so nosy and probably should have not asked so many questions.  And surely not purchased his e-ring (or m-ring. LOL!).  I’m going insane counting down Xmas.  He’s so good too.  I can’t get any more out of him than I’ve already received.  Believe me ladies… I ask via IM or text like 10 times a day.  LOL!!!

Oh crebre. I know exactly how you feel! MinMan and I were looking into vacations over the weekend, he also went to the Tiffany website to ask me what my favorite cuts were, his Christmas list says I’m getting coal, and he’s been a complete and utter sap for the last week. All this after no hint or mention of marriage for weeks. WTF BOY. MAKE UP YOUR MIND.

*toasts and drinks* Here’s to waiting! It may be silly and emotional at times, but so exciting and sweet too. πŸ™‚

Oh Crebre, I am sorry that you are feeling so anxious.  Just think about how exciting it will be when he does propose! Wait patiently and it will happen when you aren’t expecting it.

Oh girl. Go buy one of those giant Pot of Gold boxes of chocolate, a bottle of cabernet and a bottle of Mr. Bubble (nothing else gets as bubbly) and sink into a hot bath. Celebrate you! Don’t keep thinking of it… think of how happy the kids will be on Christmas πŸ™‚

it’s the least wonderful time of the year, crebre!! but Daydreamweaver did say it the best. You’ve got a beautiful thing going. I’m cranky as heck too and I just want to crawl into a hole and cry every other day, but hey, we’ve got friends, health, jobs, loved ones, and of course, WB!!!

you can’t be ‘on’ all day every day, so believe me no one faults you for occasional grumpiness. hang in there hun! we’ll toast to each other and our fabulousness and drink champagne still we can’t stand up πŸ™‚ that’s my plan anyways!

I have a punching bag in my garage and some gloves if that would help?
