This! IRL my ring is perfect for me, but the internet ruined my reality. I have a 1.16ct center stone on a size 7. It’s perfect

Great reminder about what is important! Also, your ring looks perfect! When I was at the jewelry store, the people there were trying to get me to get a bigger stone. It’s lab-created sapphire so measured in milimeters vs. carats, and there actually wasn’t even a price difference, so it wasn’t an issue of money. They thought 7mm looked better, but I really wanted 6mm because it just looked more proportional with my small hands (size 4.5). It is custom made and I don’t have it yet so no picture evidence for this posting. 🙂 A big stone is just not my style, and I’m totally comfortable with my choice.

The internet really skews reality! 2 carat stones started to seem small to me when I looked at them on WB. When we picked out my ring, I thought a ~1 carat would look so small! It definitely doesn’t. I think your ring is the perfect size.
