Maybe there is some place you can take it that makes it into biodisel?  I’m not sure where that would be though!

Let it sit out and get hard, then scoop it into a bag and throw it away. You should never dump oil/grease down the toilet or drain because it can plug up your plumbing.

We always use a coffee can or left over peanut butter jar wait till its filled then throw it away.

You could also put it in the freezer, in a container you want to throw away (an old can or something) and then throw it out when it gets hard. If you leave it out long enough it will go rancid and stink. For future reference: when you fry something, save the oil, and filter it once it’s cool. You can reuse it. Note that the smoke point will be slightly lower. And obviously, if you used to fry something stinky like fish, use it for similar stuff.
