- Wedding: September 2012
I ordered my invites from a seller on Etsy, and was thrilled to find her. Invites are gorgeous and of good quality, price is affordable AND she makes entire matching suites!
Well, I BARELY got my invites on time. They literally came in 3 hours before I had scheduled time with my aunt to address them.
This girl is very nice and receptive to my critiques, but I think she’s completely overwhelmed herself this wedding season. Slow to make proofs and changes to proofs- everything slower than I was initially told.
I sent her an email with the details for my programs and menu cards, and after 4 days I heard back from her. It took another 2 to get a deposit set up, and 12 days to get my first proof.
On the proof, there are significant errors on her part. There is an entire section repeated on the program and some of the songs have been put with incorrect parts of mass. Of course I made errors while writing out my document for her as well, but this appears to be a blatant lack of proofreading.
Sorry, I know this is a total first world problem, but I need to bitch. And I’m hoping everything works out, because I wanted the entire matching set. Sigh.
And no, I’m not giving the name on here, don’t want it to come up in Google. Once I get all my orders in, I think I’ll leave a review detailing how slow the process was without being entirely negative. She really is very nice and does quality work!
