I honestly lump all Canadians into one group of politeness and “eh’s.” I just don’t know many people from Canada, and I’m sure people do it with Texans too.  

It’s a big country, so obviously there will be some differences, regionally, I just don’t know any πŸ™‚

I’m totally oblivious to stereotypes apparently, I really don’t know what I would think besides that you’re from Canada, and maybe you like poutine because I’ve heard that’s a Canadian thing.

@MapleCreekBride:  Well seeing that I am from New Brunswick where everyone assumes that I am a farmer or a fishermen; I could make the joke that you can watch your dog run away for days or that hills might confuse you but I really wouldn’t want to offend you.   In truth Saskatchewan is a beautiful province and everyone that I have ever met from there is super friendly and down to earth.

i only know the accents and ‘eh’s’. I also notice that Canadians say about and out like “abowt” and “owt”.. haha sorry! thats all i know
