I started using My Fitness Pal to regulate my caloric intake back at the end of January, and today I reached my first goal weight! I’ve lost 20 pounds so far! I promised myself that once I lost the first 20, I’d see how I felt and then make smaller goals until I got to where I want to be. I’m going to try another five pounds and then go from there.
I’m just so excited to have stuck with my plan and have such great results!!
