Yeah I am wearing a sweetheart neckline and it helps elongate the neck so I have no idea where they got their info. and I know for me personally I rock out halter tops. Go for it that magazine is soo wrong.

I think people make stuff up in magazines. I mean, how can they even make a sweeping statement like that? Do they actually do studies where they line busty girls up to see what looks best on us?

I’m a 38DDD and the dress I just bought is a full ballgown (some say they balance you, others say to avoid them. WTH?) and a sweetheart neckline. There are so many conflicting opinions. I say just try it on and see!

Gorgeous dress, btw! Laughing

I always thought halter were better than strapless for a larger bust because it will support you instead of drag you down. What does the article what larger bust girls to wear a full on shirt with a skirt for our wedding or what?!?

I totally have a sweatheart neckline and they do enhance the girls and I love that you don’t have a uni-boob with it.  But I don’t have a halter.  I say wear what you want!!

I think a sweetheart neckline is the best neckline for big boobs… that’s from personal experience, plus I’ve read that in magazines!  Darn contradictory people.  The halter I’ve heard is more relative to shoulder size.  I pulled it off well in high school, but I’m not sure I would now.  Just as well… I have neck problems and halter tops only make that worse.  I tried on a few halter dresses and got neck pain immediately.

By The Way, evalaque, I love your dress!

Eh, screw what they say. You go with what looks good!

Mine isnt a halter and it is lower than a sweetheart. I have heard bustier girls should stay away from these too. I’m a D, and I looooove my dress and how it looks and how it makes me feel. It is so simple, yet it is so me 🙂

In a wedding planning book that Future Mother-In-Law got me for my birthday…. it had the audacity to say that full figured brides should wear a tailored suit. I say if you got it.. flaunt it! Appropriately of course…….
