Is anyone interested in doing accountability posts? They do similar posts on Self and TheKnot. I, for one, would love to keep my accountability in once post and these boards seem pretty good. Basically a thread will be started once a day (or week) listing what you eat (I go by WW points) and what exercise you do. I find this is nice because you get great ideas for meals and different fitness programs. If no one is interested, no worries but I may just continue to post just to keep myself in check.
Like, today, for example:
B–Egg Sandwich scrambled with some cottage cheese with a bit of shredder cheese on an english muffin & a small glass of OJ (5)
S-Small Piece of Banana Bread (homemade, yum!) (3)
L-Salad with peppers and onions and some vidalia onion dressing (2)
S (if needed) – lowfat vanilla yogurt with some blueberries (3)
D-LeanCuisine flatbread (lots of sodium, I know, but it’s been a busy weekend!) (6)
Drinking water throughout the day
W/O – 1/2 of Jillian’s 30-Day Shred. The plumber came and I had to cut it short. I will probably get some ab work later today.
