What is your budget and style? Even if you buy online I think you should go to a few shops and try dresses on so that you can see what silhouettes, fabrics, colors, and detailing you like.

@michiru4ever:  i’m 100% agreeing with Michiru4ever!!!! please do this! I had a horrible horrible experience.

1. GOOGLE shops in your area (seriously some will pop up that you had no idea were there!)

2. Call the places and ask what their “plus size” selection looks like (some won’t be worth the drive because they’ll only have a couple)

3. map a route

4. If you decide to buy online, DO YOUR HOMEWORK on the company! This is where I failed. (I heard milly is really really good)

Where did you go online that was a fail?  I plan on buying mine online from dressilyme. Its seems to have gotten some great reviews on here.

@RubyLeprechaun:  i heard that one and milly bridal are really good! i didn’t do my homework before i went online i went to y b r i d a l ( I had to space name because after 5 months of dispute- i told them i’d stop giving them bad reviews everywhere and sending the reviews to their email if they gave me my money back)
