Wow you all look so so beautiful! This board has been so helpful in finding the right fit and accesories – I love how everyone has done it slightly differently – it’s such a gorgeoys dress but the beauty is that you can tailor it to your personality as it’s a good plain backdrop. I’ve got my last fitting next week – I didnt want the straps that came with the gown but didnt want to show off my shoulders for the ceremony so I took a little jacket from another maggie dress, and then took the belt from ANOTHER maggie dress hahaha… Maggie overload! It’s not quite finished yet but i’m pleased so far – I’ve had it pulled in around the hips for more of a column fit. Good luck all of you lorie brides – you look a million dollars xxx

@MazzDS:  I love the jacket.  Which dress did you get it from?  I am in the same boat my wedding is in October and outside so I need a cover.

@TandD:   I am not sure which dress the jacket is from.. the bridal shop just put it on  and I loved it so they ordered it! I will find out though. I had cap sleeves  added to the jacket too – it was originally a vest style jacket. I’ll let you  know once i’ve been for my final fitting next week 🙂 x

Hi Lorie brides, did you have any issues when sitting down for dinner or in the car? Did your gowns bunch up and leave a line afterwards?

Hi girlies! What did you guys decide to do with your dress after the wedding? I am thinking of selling mine since I feel like I probably won’t ever use it for anything else…but still trying to decide.

What are your thoughts? Or what do you plan to do with your dress?

@TandD:  Thank you! I just went with what my seamstress suggested. She put three buttons vertically on the dress and we just buttoned the train. I really liked how it looked. Also when I danced it moved around really nicely (as you can see).

@BetchaPetcha:  Yeah it looks great.  My seamstress is wanting to do just one button but it doesn’t look quite right.  Do you have a picture from the back of the bustle?  That would be great

@Koko1977:  not sure why this uploaded sideways. This is the bustle the seamstress did for me  I think it looks good. What do you think?

Also I ordered a petite length and its perfect with a 3 inch heel. I’m 5’5.
