Thats very annoying!! Make SURE you get it, don’t accept excuses. You need that for insurance purposes. My Fiance thought we lost our certificate and freaked out, luckily we found it and it is now in a very safe place but still scary!

Wow Ican’t believe they didn’t have that when they sold him the ring! That is really scary to Not be able to have insurance for so long! I went and got mine insured the next day!! I hope it all works out for youtomorrow!

Aw I understand! Brides don’t need any added stress! I would def pick it up because waiting for it to be mailed would drive me nuts! Good Luck

I would. My perception of Tiffany’s is that you pay for premium service, I would expect white-glove treatment at every stage . . . this is what you are paying for! If anything it will be helpful to them, maybe they have some issue that needs to be addressed at that particular store.
