Sounds pretty ridiculous to me, too. I have worked in customer service for a long time, and that sucks! Maybe due to the location or price (both being good, I’m assuming) the guy felt he could be a total slob and still get your business. But, heck, it’s your WEDDING! You are wise not to deal with this guy. Next!

I would contact them and tell them about your experience. It was really rude how he treated you. I wonder where the breakdown in communication went, not that they could really make up for it, but if places act like that you usually kind find angry customer reviews so I would tend to think it was an odd happening for them.
