Did you give her a credit card? If so, cancel the charge.

Three days is definitely no problem. Just tell the credit card company that the charge was fraudulent and the goods were never delivered. Most companies will let you dispute it online.

Most bridal shops contracts cover them for delivery up until the event date stated on the contract. For this designer, the ship date sounds about right.

two options:

pay the rush fee

buy the sample (if possible)

i’m afraid that in this situation, the store will most likely win the chargeback claim. They have the signed comtract, and most importantly, they have the signed reciept.

If it were me, I think I would pay the rush fee. The store didnt mess up – they arent given a date until they actually place your order. once they place the order, they generally cannot cancel it, which is why they wont give a refund.
