Drink a cup of coffee or soda or something. The only real difference betweeen excedrin and excedrin migraine is the migraine one has caffeine in it. Then go lie down.

Get off the computer or your phone. The way images are produced on your screan will only make your headache worse. Drink some water, and go lie down in a dark room and go to sleep.
But above all- GET AWAY FROM ARTIFICIAL LIGHT

Coffee or caffienated drinks. Take regular aspirin along with it as well. Rest your eyes and relax. You’re stressed and upset.

An ice-pack works wonders! Lay down in bed with the ice pack on the part(s) of you hear that hurt and it will make a difference.

@FutureMuniz: drink something with lots of caffeine in it and if you can turn off lights and rest. limit your phone and computer use and maybe put a warm towel on your forehead or neck to help relax your muscles. A warm towel on the back of my neck along with the other things I suggested here usually helps me at least stay semi comfortable until things pass.

I used to drink a Mountain Dew with 4 Tylenol and 4 Aspirin.
Keep drinking and drinking and drinking – lots of water or Gatorade helps me. Eat something salty but bland to stay hydrated, too. Like saltines or pretzels.

Usually putting and ice pack on the back of your neck and a cold rag on my eyes helps with my migranes also you said you don’t have mirgrane pills but do you have ibuprofen. My doctore wouldn’t give me migrane medication when I first started to get migranes because I was to young so he recomended a cocktail taking 2 excedrine and 1 ibuprofen is what I found for me to be the best combination.

Naproxen or Tylenol with a big cup of coffee or caffeinated soda. Then go lie down in a dark room and take a nap. The longer you try to tough it out, the longer the headache is going to last.
