in 3 weeks i get to see Fiance. we are not typically LDR, but he had to go back to our hometown to finish up his theis before the wedding. so i haven’t seen him for about a month now and i HATE it! and while i love skype because i can see him, it frustrates me because i can’t FEEL him. i just want to cuddle and fall asleep in his arms. throughout our separation thus far, i have been surprisingly okay. i mean its kinda cool having my own place to do as i please etc, but now i have had enough and i want him back!
my friends think its romantic that i won’t see him until we get to Jamaica 3 days before our wedding, but i just think it sux! i told him that while i am looking forward to Jamaica, vacation, the wedding, the thing i am MOST looking forward to is being able to sleep in the same bed as him at night…..:(
ok, vent over. thanks for listening.

@dynamic_duo: Wow, I know how you feel. I’m in a long distance relationship, for a while . . . and now that we’ve had our second meeting, and shared the same bed (though he was a complete gentleman…and made me think of the episode of Who’s the Boss when Tony and Angela ended up sharing a bed in that crummy motel…) I really miss being by his side.
At least you will be together soon though. When you see him again, your passion will be at a boiling point no doubt. So, I imagine it’s going to make it seem like you’re on cloud 9 with no signs of coming down. Hang in there!!

That’s one of the main reasons I hate skype or any kind of video instant message thing. It’s one thing to be able to see him, it’s another to just want to be held and be by him. I always become a hot mess of emotions whenever we do skype, because all I want is to be held while talking to him.
You’ll get through it!

I feel the same way. I talk to him through out the day, but it isnt the same. After sleeping in the same bed for a week, i got use to hime being there, all warm and stuff. Now my bed feels lonley and cold. I only get to see him on the weekend, which is alot i guess, but it isnt enought, and we arent getting married for a year.

you know what I hate? EXPENSIVE PLANE TICKETS. I just bought one for next month to go see FH and so we can get some pre-cana (church) stuff done for the wedding and it costs TWICE as much as it did in December! ugh.
