Well, I’m pregnant. My doctor thinks I might be 5 months (6 on Sunday), and after I had blood work done yesterday they said the hormone is rising as it should. So that’s good. Unfortunately, I have had a miscarriage in the past so I’m scared of another one.
The reason I’m more scared than ever is because my fiance had a screaming arguement today. Emotions were running high and things got said that shouldn’t have. Needless to say I was stressed out and I had a little bit of lower abdominal cramping. There’s not a lot of pain and there’s zero bleeding, but I kinda lost my appetite, I’m not nauseous anymore, my breasts arent as tender, and I’m just exhausted.
Do I have anything to worry about?

Just take it easy girl. Emotions run high especially in the first trimester. Your body is going through a lot, and mood swings are inevitable. Hopefully you are able to talk things out with your fiance and calm down. It will be okay!!

i don’t think you need to worry just yet. easier said than done, i know. my husband is always telling me not to worry and i’m like, “telling a first time mom-to-be not to worry is like telling water not to be wet,” haha.
i was about 5 weeks along when i found out i was pregnant and i was a wreck for about a week. this wasn’t a planned pregnancy and the timing really sucked (my husband is about to get out of the military so a lot of things are/were up in the air), so there were (and still are sometimes) a lot of tears and stressful moments which lead to arguments. i also had a lot of abdominal cramping and some bleeding, which lead me to see my doctor, and everything is (sort of) ok. not perfect, but it’s nothing that they’re super concerned about at the moment.
i know how you’re feeling- i’m almost 9 weeks along now and i’m constantly worried about something happening (or if something already happened and i just don’t know it). but just try to take it easy and think positive 🙂
