(Closed) Reasonable amount of time for an email response?

I like vendors to get back to me in 24 hours, I think it’s very reasnable unless he/she is preoccupied with something major. I usually don’t count weekend though. I would contact her tomorrow. Usually they say 3-5 days is a ‘reasonable’ amount of time for correspondence, maybe even a week. I still prefer a day though 🙂

@StL.Ashley:  I would call. Just say that you sent an email on ……date and you haven’t heard back, you just wanted to know whether they recieved it or not. If they didn’t recieve it then you can relay your questions over the phone and get an upfront response. If they did recieve it they will most likely give you an estimated time of a reply.
