I think it depends on the time of day they are posted.  My blog recap got zero comments, but whatever.  Nothing to get too excited about.  Just because people didn’t comment doesn’t mean they didn’t look and enjoy the pics.  Some people also are on the boards a lot and make good friends, so they follow each other’s journeys to the altar a little closer.

I always make an effort to comment on recaps from women who i recognize from the boards. I even feel invested in some of these weddings after commenting on their dress polls, providing my perspective during a drama and what-have-you.

Then there are recaps that are totally unique and amazing and i will comment even if i don’t know the poster.

How long a poster has been around, what time of day/week its posted (weekends are the slowest times on the bee), and how…pretty the wedding is!

In your specific case, your pictures either aren’t coming up or have disappeared, I clicked and saw comments, but they were gone when I got there.  If that’s happening for other Bees, I daresay it’s part of it.

@Katnisseverdeen:    just a heads up, even if you remove the pictures from your Weddingbee photo uploads, that doesn’t necessarily remove them from the internet.  Weddingbee has a direct connection to Pinterest, and Google caches images.   You can always blur out faces if this is a concern.
