I can’t tell from the photo you’ve posted why is the dress ‘unwearable’? What is their return policy?

How does it look on?

Can we see it on? It’s really hard to tell from the photo how bad it is.

I agree. Can we see it on? It looks like it’s got crushed and could be fixed by steaming. That said, if you’re not happy you’re not happy, so as PP mentioned what are the returns policies?

Ooh, sorry to hear that happened, must be pretty disappointing.

Second the idea to post a picture of you in the dress, it might be something that to you is a glaring nightmare but not really noticable to others.

Ok I see what you mean about the pleating on the left side. When you put it on does do the pleats sag?

I also think it looks fine and would think pleating becoming loose or misshapen is common with this styled bodice.

The thing about it is that the company itself is not making exquisite dresses; you HAVE to expect some variance in the dress when you order it for such a cheap price. That said, I don’t think the dress is awful at all even with the loose pleating. I would definitely steam the dress then take a picture with it on. I bet you won’t even be able to really notice it.

But you can’t expect perfection from a site like that.

I also agree that you need to put the dress on. It’s very difficult to tell from your photo of the dress if it has poor craftsmanship, or if the dress has been crushed/mishaped and requires some steaming and/or pulling to achieve the desired look.

I think it looks okay in the pic.  Definitely not something particularly noticeable to anyone else.
