Sometime in the past few weeks I remember there being a blog post by one of the bee bloggers about owning a pedometer, and she included a chart of sorts with how many steps you should doing per day, etc. etc.
For the life of me I can’t remember which bee posted this and when…does anyone remember what I’m talking about?

Just a note to promote the search feature– if you type ‘pedometer’ into the Google custom search box (on the right above the ad column), that post shows up at the top. Very helpful, when trying to find older posts.

I just started wearing a pedometer for work last week b/c we’re having a challenge and you’d be amazed at how difficult it can be to walk the 10,000 steps/day. I’ve only reached it once in a week and that is b/c I took a 25 minute walk at lunch! 🙂 But I do work at a desk all day, I guess I need to get up and take more brisk walks throughout the day!
