….the people that came, even though I did not plan to invite them to the wedding?
So, I went back home this weekend and was surprised by my sisters with a bridal lunch/shower. I say lunch because not everyone brought gifts etc (which was definitely not expected, I was just happy that they were thoughtful of doing this). They invited some ppl, luckily they are coming to the wedding.
Later on, however, my best friend (a bm) had a bachelorette night event, she took me to a baseball game and then went out to have drinks and dance. It was so much fun! However, she invited some friends who I do not plan to invite to the wedding. As much as it was great to see them again, its been a while, I have been thinking of what I should do when my wedding reception comes up. I am getting married abroad just the two of us, and then coming back to have a intimate (yet big because our families are big) party/reception.
Should I invite those few girls that came to the bridal night outing? Also, has anyone invited people without an invite? Like hey, im having a gathering this summer when I come back, I wanted to see if you could come? the only problem is of course is that there are some people in the wedding who actually did receive actual invites and am afraid it may get to them.
