I know you said buffet but those all sound like appitizers with the exception of the carving station.  If it is a buffet where you serve yourself and then sit down I would recommend some type of salad.  Seems like you need more vegetable options.  Maybe get rid of one of the dips with pita/tortilla chips?  Is the only meat the pork?

I agree. Your food choices are not bad at all and I’m sure everything will be delicious but the food does seem like its mostly appetizers. Also, they are a bit taste specific. Maybe if you had a theme (Italian, Grilled things, Mexican, Breakfast, Southern Comfort Foods, Clam Bake, etc.) to unify your menu you could choose all of the elements (beverages, appetizers, entrees, sides, desserts) without worrying that you left anything out and being confident that your event is cohesive.

I liked that you added a chicken option and the bacon wrapped green bean bundles.  Not sure if you have any vegetarians but having a salad option is always appreciated by them.

Yeah, I was going to say it’s missing a chicken option, but it looks like you fixed that.

I’d probably also go for a salad of some sort.  It does sound like you’re having a place for people to sit and eat.  Salad just takes up a lot of room on a plate, so when you have it available people always feel like they got more food = happy guests.

A few hours late here – I like your revised option! Sounds lovely.

It doesn’t sound like enough food to me. Most are just small bites, with only one meat, so can you add another full meat to it? Mini foods just remind me of what I’d serve at a party at home, but would follow up with food that’s more substantial. I think your menu will leave your guests feeling hungry.

Are the mini quiches going to be veggie? If you make them vegetarian you have solved the problem of any non-meat eaters who might be attending.

We had a similar type reception, but we did have seating for everyone. The caterers called it a ‘continuous cocktail party’, but it really seemed to me to be just like every other buffet style reception…and I was disappointed. Doing it this way also cost more than double the price of their buffet menu, but it’s what my daughter wanted.

I like the additions you’ve made. Sounds more substantial to me.

There’s another thread about this where I posted what we served, so I’ll add it on here if you want.
