We will be getting married on the beach at 5:30pm. The reception will be in one of the ballrooms of the same hotel. Many websites that I have checked state that a Reception Card is not necessary. However, many websites say it isn’t proper etiquette to write “reception immediately following ceremony” on the invitation.
I want to include a reception card because I do not like the way “reception immediately following ceremony” looks on the invitation. And it doesn’t really fit.
What wording can I use for the Reception Cards without sounding so repetitive? I would also like to include that the wedding will be formal attire.

Please join us for dinner and dancing
immediately following the ceremony
in the Meridian Ballroom
then was the request for rsvp by a certain date and 2 lines for accept or decline
It’s a little blurred but I think you can read it.

This is how we did it for the other wedding at the beach…ceremony & reception in same location.
and we did include Reception Immediately Following on the body of the invitation.

I got married in a garden, and then in the reception room on site, but it had a name, so I just used that on the reception card that I made, honestly because I wanted something to fill up my pocketfold 😛

Here’s our reception card. The reception was at a different location, but you can use the same wording. Note the typo on “newlyweds.”
