How about:

Guests arriving early are welcome to tour the museum for free complements of the bride & groom.

“Guests are welcome to tour the museum prior to the reception. Check in at the front desk for complimentary admission.”

I like “welcome” rather than “encouraged” because “encouraged” makes it sound a little bit more like it’s required or you really want them to and some guests might not be interested.

How cool!
