1.  Big ugly green picnic tables – Solved with floor length table cloths, probably a darker color.  You can even cover the benches with drapery for a softer romantic feel.  Look out for discount fabric and cut your own!

Buffet and dance floor should be in open spaces, but away from each other…I would think that little path thingy there with the bushes would be an ideal spot for buffet since it’s in it’s own neat little boxey thing.

Dance floor can be designated by something as simple as a border of flower petals, a garland…lanterns at the corners…

The thing that is incredibly cool about this place is the trellis’ are there, you can make a very initimate and romantic place for your guests to sit with a few well hung fabric panels, sheer drapes from the tops or down the sides…

P.S.  the giant fish is awesome…I would cover that thing in candles and have people take pictures next to it!

@BeckyS0:  Oh yeah!  Have some fun with that fish…it’s so random!  People will love it, put a bunch of weird hats and feather boas, let em’ get crazy with the fish! Like a photo booth, with this totally unecessary fish in it! Don’t freak out about that place, at night it’s going to look so inviting and intimate, you cover those tables right and do the little laterns, it will be so appealing!

You have a perfect venue for cute bistro lights!!  Definitely make use of being outdoors for natural decor so that you spend less on flowers and such.  I think when you are outside, you just need to do a lot less.

I’m thinking dark purple tablecloths / bought fabric from habersashery store & incorporate the beryl (yellow?) and sage into some centrepeices.. retro garden style. And of course lots of candles which will add to the atmosphere of the place after dark.

You could seriously splash out and get some cushions for the benches in one of your other colours… lavendar maybe. Or take it on as a serious DIY project and make some. Not only will they hide the green, but also serve a purpose.

Think ribbon and lace!!

You can go to a discount store and buy tons of ribbon to hang everywhere with wooden balls and even apply to the table cloths.  You could also find a discount store and buy twin sheets with various pattern and make a sweet homey feel.   If you are handy in sewing, I love the fitted look below as well and you could add color as you see fit.  .  I think your venue is wonderful and it should be a wonderful wedding!
