(Closed) Reception Dinner Buffet

Would the chef be doing it stations style in front of the guests? I think pasta sounds good, but if you’re planning a buffet where the chef is cooking the pasta in front of the guests, it’s going to take a long time to feed 120 guests.

@Daenaria727:  If the chef can pump out the dishes quickly, I think it’s a great idea! Perfect if people get to choose what toppings/ingredients they want- sounds delicious and what a deal!

My husband & I were only able to afford our 100 person wedding because our buffet was 8.50pp.
