so, we are just getting ideas for our reception dinner. we are having a plated dinner with an option of three.
here’s what we have:
salad, assorted bread rolls
herb grilled chicken or prime rib with scalloped au gratin potatoes & buttery kernel corn. we also have a veggie option and im thinking of a country garden lasagna with olive oil, onion, bell pepper, garlic and tomatoes seasoned with parsley, basil and oregano.
now my question is….do you think we need an appetizer, or should we have stuff laid out for them to much on before we show up? and what food would you suggest?
my fi, went to culinary school and cant make up his mind because everything sounds good to him…..any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
